I've lost like 6 or 7 pounds..im on such a strict diet and exercising and it's still not falling off. This is so discouraging

Same but I was basically told to throw in the towel that my Nexplanon is to blame...

@mrsgower, could be I heard depo has the same weight issues as Nexplanon
