My baby went through that. I just let him switch back naturally I think it only lasted a week

It's definitely hard to wake up a newborn. I struggled getting mine up to eat. Eventually she will start getting on track but changing her diaper or clothes can help or just putting the bottle in her mouth. That's all if u NEED to wake her up to eat but if ur just trying to get her on a schedule then at 4 days old then don't even worry about that. It's a little too soon

Yeah, you're never supposed to wake a baby. It can mess with their natural sleep cycles and cause immune system issues

I was always taught not to wake a sleeping baby. They learn with time. :)

Sounds like she has nights and days mixed up. My son did the same thing. She's still super new so it'll probably take a bit to adjust. Just make sure to keep it light during the day and lights off at night. That helped us alot. But I'm sure as you know she'll sleep like 20 hours a day right now anyway.
