The parenting workload between my bf and I is sooooo unequal and I'm getting a little fed up. I know he works nights but he only works 4 days a week usually and gets someone else to cover his other 2. I don't ask him to do anything on the days he works, but even on his days off he barely does anything. I'm the one who gets up for 10pm anf 2am feedings and then gets up again at 7am when she's ready for the day. If I try to ignore it and see if he'll get up, he'll wake up and nudge me until I get up. He sleeps past noon everyday and then plays his game the rest of the day. I'm lucky if I get one bottle or a diaper change out of him or if he even fucking holds her. I'm tired. I am SO TIRED. If I confront him, his excuse is "well I work so you don't have to." Ok thanks that's great but you have 3 whole days where you aren't doing shit, what's your excuse then? I'm half tempted just to get a job so he can't throw it in my face anymore but I know I'll still be doing everything around here as well on top of working. And then he has the audacity to complain that he's sooooo tired after 10hrs of straight sleep and I'm over here running off of a couple of naps. I'm just super fed up. I just wanna day where I'm not around anyone, I don't have to talk to or take care of anyone, and I can just have a minute to myself at home ALONE. I guess I'll never get that lol. I'm losing my shit.
