Hi my baby doesn't know how to drink from a bottle. He only breastfeeds. He's 7m almost 8. It's really beginning to take a toll on me having to be available to feed all day everyday for the past 8months. When did yalls kids start drinking from a sippy cup? Maybe I could pump and put milk in there. Right now he just bites the sippy 🙄 I pray he learns soon!!

@sydbooker i think i might he also likes to use me as a pacifier at night and i would love to have my side of the bed back at night lol

Yep tht sounds like my babe. He doesn't like baby food either and doesn't even know how to use a pacifier. He will eat table food tho, but loses interest after a couple bites. Have u tried sippy cups? @lovingtheo,
I'm having the same problem my child refuses anything but the boob he's 9 months and still refuses baby food I'm losing my mind

Oh that'd be great if he could use a regular straw! I'll try it. And yah I guess I'll go buy all kinds of sippy cups it's gonna be like trying every bottle all over again lol @grace.detwiler
Your best bet is to try different ones until you find one he's good at.
Since he breast feeds he might have really strong sucking muscles in his mouth & may be able to skip the sippy and go straight to a straw cup. Mine both started on a straw cup around 9 months.

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

How do I get my son more interested in a sippy cup or any cup in general while he's eating? His doctor told me today he should start being weened from his bottle but he won't take any sippy cups. I have bought several different kinds and myself and my mom and dad encourage it while eating and he refuses. So I give him a small bottle of juice after he eaTs.
