I need some advice, never bought my life would be so drama filled but unfortunately it is. My ex cheated on me and knocked up another girl and I thought we could get over it (stupid me). About a month later I got pregnant (bc fail). I told him if he wasn't in it to leave then, but he wanted to stay. We are now broken up because I realized I was dating a liar and a child (in so much happier now). The issue is that he has supported this other kid more than mine, lied about his whereabouts, and lied about coming to see our son. He pays 300 a month, but is about to stop because he got kicked out of the military and has no money. I told him I'd like to go to court to have an agreement drawn up and so they can keep track of his back payment. I have been deemed a bitch for saying this. He hasn't bought a single diaper, any clothes, hasn't seen him in a month, and can't console him. I want full and physical custody, but my mom thinks he'll get visitation. Has anyone gone through a court case recently and could give me some advice on what will happen and what I should do/say? Sorry for the long post

Just make sure if he gives u support it is in a check form bc then they can be traced back and honestly a judge will not really make a ruling based solely on that he will just normal make the support go from that time forward

He hasn't contacted recently and I don't want to rock the boat, because I'm not bothered right now. I'm jut don't want him to do anything shady. The only issue is that he's going to stop paying cause he doesn't have a job. And I don't want a "he said/she said" about the support. That's why Idk if I should do court.... @beebaby, @crystalashby86,

I completely understand and if he is bothering u I would find out what u can do but if he is just kinda out there and has nothing to do with u or his son I would leave it alone but once u open that can u can't close it I'm not trying to scare u or anything but if he's not a bother I wouldn't worry about it and the if somethings does come up u can always take action at a later date

I just don't trust him @beebaby and @crystalashby86, I have a restraining order against his other child's mother cause she's a psycho and threatened me. I don't want my kid around any of that. I have no problem with his family coming by, but he is shading and stupid

Oy. His mom sends the checks.... he's a pos. When I was a little they would take the money straight out of my dads check @crystalashby86

He will get visitation unless u can prove him unfit... If I were u I would just leave it be if he is not bothering u and who to say if he will pay support even if it is court order.. I went though this with my step son we proved her unfit and did no support so she has no visitation it has work for us he see her when he wants and that's how it goes hope this helps

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

so idk what to do im supposed to be moving out with my bf, baby daddy he is 14 yrs older then me and he has his niece that is 25 that lives with him and she has a daughter that's almost 6 but on day she was being stupid and told me that I might have her daughters dad closer then me then i though since then we have had lots of fights about it and he always says it's not his daughter but why would she say that and why would he have gotten so mad when i questioned him about it and every time he post pictures and stuff about her he puts my daughter i am honestly double thinking this if I should move or not im 22 and 6 months pregnant!?????
