Hello ladies I need your advice....I think it's so weird for a man to try to talk to a woman while she's pregnant. I met this guy yesterday and we spoke over the phone and he's being super nice to me and I'm like whoa what the heck,but I'm so used to being hurt from my past relationship & everything my child's father put me through it make me think every man is a dog which is not true,but my main concern right now is my baby & not a man am I wrong for feeling this way????

It's natural and 100% right for us to put our babies first. You don't need a man to fill in some void plus you don't want just any guy who can sweet talk you around your baby. If your baby's father isn't going to be a good one to be around your baby then you decide whether or not to replace him and if so the you have to be very very picky. Not anyone can be a parent. It's more than your sperm/egg forming into a baby. It's more than providing for a child or giving advice. You're not wrong for thinking your baby comes first before any man. That's how it should be for any mom whether single or with someone who needs to change.

@brittneydav3 Besides you have a precious gift. You don't need anyone to come around and hurt you like your past relationships. You deserve happiness as well as your babg boy and having each other is the best kind of happiness there is. When you feel like you're ready to have a partner then you go for it but only if you feel like you're ready to and make sure your baby boy is ok with it. Kids are picky too and can be protective. My SO has a son thats not mine and he is so protective of his father. He steered any woman he felt wasn't right for his father. My SO realized that the women who came around was just trying to play him. Kids can detect anything just so they don't part away from their parent.
