I am very lucky I have a great job that allows me to pump on demand according to my own schedule. Most days I can pump every 3 hours. But some days I have dips in my supply or feeling especially full and pump every 2. With the last baby I breastfed I had such a hard time finding the time and place to pump. But now? Today is my 6 month anniversary of exclusively breastfeeding! One goal down! New goal is to make it through active teeth. Then my goal will be 1 year of exclusively breastfeeding. The key is to make obtainable, realistic goals for yourself. And once you reach that goal immediately make a new one. Put your goals out there and find something or someone that will hold you accountable.
