Hey LADIES ! I'm 36 weeks 2 days today and I'm having a repeat C - Section at 39 weeks due to me having a C - Section less than 18 months ago previously and I'm high risk ... I have a doctors appt Tuesday and was wondering if I can get to schedule my date for my C - section at 39 weeks so I have a planned date ?
Drop your due dates I'm due April 10th but scheduled for a C-section for April 3rd 61 days left if I make it to 39 weeks currently 30 weeks 2 days

if my babies are born between now(33 weeks) and 36 weeks and I'm having a c section and they have to go to the nicu do i get time with them at all or not until i am able to go to the nicu?
Well here I am 3 weeks PP! I'm actually 6 pounds under my pre pregnancy weight! Oh and let's ignore my new lovely c section scar lol... ;)
To the momma's that have had Cesarean's before, planned or emergency, my doctor told me that I have no choice in this matter, regardless of why my first was a C-section, I was planning on a C-section anyway but now I have no choice. This is discouraging, not only do I have to have a C-section but I have to have it a week before my due date for no reason. So now I'm not even allowed to choose my date. I should have a say in major surgery on my body. Not only did I get told this but they also said that I could possibly die during the surgery. Isn't this grounds to avoid a cesarean all together? Thoughts?
