Do the diaper pails really trap the smell of a poopy diaper?? I'm wondering if I need to invest instead of having to take multiple diapers clear out to the garbage every day

I had one and it took maybe about 6 diapers before the smell started to linger.. i didnt think it was worth it because the stench once you had to empty it out was foul!
