I have this urge to go toilet alot when I hvnt even had any fluids does that mean sign of early labour starting?  Feeling a lot of pressure down there nd the midwife said I could loose my mucus plus soon as I've got protein In my urine :/

Water should soothe heartburn if you drink enough of it also milk or alternitavley you can have gaviscon to releive that xx @abzx786

You need to keep your fluids up drink plenty of water to flush it out your system perhaps not drinking enough water xx @abzx786
