Okay so this isn't baby related but it involves my girls in a way. So my husband works until around 4pm every day and comes home, takes a shower, eats and wants to sleep the rest of the night. We have 2 newborns and I already get up with them by myself at night time and take care of them on my own during the day. I try waking him up at night to help and he yells at me :( he's very mean to me when he's tired, which is basically all the time. I'm starting to get very lonely because he never even loves on me or shows me any type of affection. Unless it's right before we go to bed to have sex. I honestly don't know what to do at this point. I've voiced my opinion to him to explain how I feel multiple times and nothing ever gets better. Please no negative comments, I'm just very irritated and exhausted and looking for genuine advice.

This reminds me of when I had my son and my husband worked 3rds. It was so hard because he would sleep all day and begone at night. I really didn't get a break. I became depressed because of it and learned and did it on my own. It was the worse feeling. It wasn't how I wanted it to be nor expect it to be. It made me resent him for a while. It gotten better once he went to 2nd shift. I went to counseling for it though because being a mom takes a toll on a person especially when you're basically alone with doing it all.

I just feel like I've tried multiple ways of telling him. I've threatened to leave multiple times because if I'm going to do it on my own I might as well be alone. I've struggled with depression before I got pregnantand some days I feel like it's worse than before. I want to have a family but I don't know what else to do to make it work anymore. When I say how I feel he acts like I'm crazy for feeling that way and doesn't think he's doing anything wrong. I feel like I'm talking to a brick wall. @nmc95 @beebaby

It isn't fair. If you have voiced your opinion, tried to talk, and made suggestions and none of ot works/worked, it may be time for a trial separation. I also suggest counselling for you. This way you don't overwhelmed, upset, depressed.

I'm sorry you're going through this especially having two 2 month old babies. I know what you're going through. You are more than welcome to message me if you need someone to talk to.
