4 days late. And currently having cramps. I've had a lot of discharge to the point where I thought i started but didn't. So now I'm wearing pads as if I'm on my period😂 any advice? Or anything.. I need answers..

Also forgot to mention that I have hunger pangs ALL day. I CAN EAT and I'm STILL hungry afterwards
