In Kansas the housing list takes up to 6 months usually and medical cards and EBT are immediate

I was able to get immediate foodstamps and medical at one time. Never qualified for childcare or housing nor did i try

Thats not easy anywhere. They have a waiting list of up to 2 years.

You should still qualify in iowa they will just ask u try to get a job

Iowa is pretty easy as long as you meet financial requirements
