Need help! FTM my son is 3 months old and the past couple of days he's been spitting up a lot like it's so much it's like throw up and comes out his nose and everything then just since yesterday he's been having like bad diarrhea I know a baby's poop is suppose to be runny but this is like green water and he's been having major blow outs from just one poop which is not normal for him. Me and my fiancé had what we thought was good poisoning from a restaurant and got over it in 24 hours but now he seems to have what we thought was food poisoning he don't act sick or anything but should I take him to the doctor? I don't want to take him in for nothing but I'm worried!

@rmreed, he doesn't do it all the time he's only done it 3 or 4 times in the past 2 days should I still take him anyways? And @mommy2benntley, no he don't have a fever but when he lays down and takes a nap I had a fuzzy blanket on him and he got really sweaty but he's fine other than when he's under that kind of blanket he naps in just his diaper he's been super fussy today and acts like his belly hurts.
I'd have him be seen does he have a fever
I'd take him in, especially if he's vomiting like that..he could quickly become dehydrated! Better safe than sorry

This is my first pregnancy with a lot of complications. I have problems with my blood pressure and severe pains. I have a doctor appointment in the morning and my foot is super swollen to the point it looks like it's going to bust. I don't know what they usually do with feet that look like it's bout to bust and high blood pressure together. I will be 34wks and 4days tomorrow I really don't won't him to come early but I also don't won't to put him in danger either.
Zero sex life

I've been dating a man for almost a month now. I'm seeing him on Saturday. I have no idea when or what we're doing. Do I get him something for Valentine's Day? Box of chocolate or something? I just don't know what to do (if anything). I kind of want to ignore that it's Valentine's Day... but have a feeling he's going to give me something... It's not like we know each other all that well yet.
