If the cord is fallen off, feel free - just don't forget that her skin is very sensitive. You shouldn't use soap so early or creams afterwards. I recommend some pure coconut oil. It's ok to just use a cloth to clean her. Our little one had a 'cloth bath' in the hospital and we washed him with a cloth once week, till he did the biggest 💩 diaper ever and it was everywhere 😂 and we called it an emergency cleaning and bathed him. I wash him once a week since babies don't general stink or sweat. However, if he does a big business everywhere outside his diaper - I take him under the shower with me 😋 he loves it!
