Like we really don't associate with no one in this town for Gio's 1st birthday we'll do something small just in between us maybe buy some birthday theme decorations make it special for him make some food and buy a cake... even if we did have friends like that I still wouldn't throw a party because all people do is come eat criticize and leave.
@lilianasmommy2016, Spending all that money for what? When I can just get him clothes and toys with that money that will go in all that food, drinks, candy etc. I mean if i had family over here it's different but we don't even have any family here so what for.. I rather celebrate at least with family.. but something small will do.
That's what we're doing lol. People are always criticizing so why should we even waste our money. I'm gonna cook a family dinner and but her a cake and an outfit so I can take pictures. They won't even remember their first bday either.
What do you eat with chili when you make it?
We usually just do saltines and I like some cheese.
Make your own breakfast!
At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
-UPDATE- what is your kids birthday?!
I know we have a post of our EDDs, but do we have a post listing our kids actual birthday (in a list easier to read than the comments in the birth announcement post)?!

Do you think it's weird some families make their baby boy wear a gown for their baptism?
Why can't other mom's just be there for other mom's and work together and help each other not bash other mom's because when other mom's bash other mom's it makes us feel like we aren't doing a good job at least that's how I feel when I get bashed.
Yessss. I was gonna spend about 800 on her bday. But I thought about it and were not anymore. We're buying her an infant car seat, and clothes.
