I know that when you're pregnant, they go by your last menstrual cycle, but how can you actually tell how far along you are? If I'm 5 weeks, almost 6, is there still supposed to be a yolk sac? Or?

I go back in next Thursday to hopefully see a baby but I don't know when you'll finally see a baby. @mommy2benntley,

I think it's untill 10wks that yolk sac is gone bcus the placenta is finally formed at 10wks:)

It's an embryo till you hit 10 wks. But even now you can see his tiny heartbeat while getting your ultrasound :)
