In early pregnancy what's the most your allowed to carry or pick up weight wise? My little boy is 25lbs and the more he wants picked up or carried the more it's making my stomach cramp..

If it's making your stomach cramp, then avoid it. My daughter is 19lbs and I can still carry her, just can't take her up the stairs. I get contractions when i do.

I probably overdid it but I used to pick up everything even if it was super heavy 🤐

@snb1121, okay maybe it's just how I'm holding him.. I'm 4-5 weeks. But I've been getting some lower abdominal pain through the day and it seems like when I handle him it makes it worse
