So I already lost my mucus plug 5 days ago.. I thought I'd definitely passed it all as it came out whole and lost bits from wiping too. I had a stretch and sweep yesterday and this morning I'm losing jelly like stuff when I wipe again. Does this mean I haven't lost all of my mucus plug?! :/ Or do you lose more jelly bits before labour?

@cody I hope she doesn't keep you waiting until then! I've got my induction booked too, it's shit that u can be in hospital 4/5 days before having them! Really do not want to be induced... How far over will u be on Sunday? X

I had 2 for it to happen but they gave me another 2 see if wukd start me off but hasn't worked
@mother_of_humans Yeah it's already had blood in it, when I lost it the first time and this time but old blood. They said wait for contractions, n @cody How many sweeps did it take for that to happen?
I am now still waiting for appearance even though lost my plug last week being induced sunday
Mine lasted 3 days and had tiniest bit of blood streak in it i rang hospitla they said don't need go in till get contractions 3 mins apart

So I started losing bits of my mucus plug & I know it's normal and can regenerate. The nurse told me it can happen and I still go to 41 weeks (I hope not). But I'm just curious what anyone else's experience with losing it early was in the past, did you still carry until a full 40 weeks? Or did you go a bit early?
