UPDATE: essentially I had a missed miscarriage. I guess this is super common (1/3 of pregnancies) and normally I probably wouldn't even have noticed. I'm oddly okay about the whole thing..I think because I was so early and never saw an ultrasound or heard a a heart beat that it hasn't really been real yet. So next month we try again ❤️
