So I'm 17 weeks and I still can't take any prenatal without getting sick. I eat very healthy I'm vegan and eat lots of fruits and veggies and beans for folate but wondering if anyone was this way..I have tried 3 different prenatal and one of them was very expensive
Zahlers prenatal one plus DHA 300 comes with everything in one pill (don't have to take anything separate for dha like most others) and I believe it's vegan. It contains whole food vitamins derived from fruits and vegetables and it's the highest rated B vitamin complex out there, and the type of iron that isn't constipating and easy to digest. It's also organic and the DHA in it is not derived from fish. B vitamins aide in digestion, nausea, stress, and lots more. The other one is rainbow light prenatal one (only have to take one pill a day) and it's vegan, but doesn't contain dha or as high of a b vitamin as zahlers. I did some research recently...lol. The other high rated vitamins, you have to take 3-4 of them a day, which I know i wouldn't want to do. Zahlers you only have to take 2 a day, which is what I'd be comfortable with because I had really bad nausea. Hope this helps!
I loved the raw prenatals by vitamin code. I too was vegan, before becoming pregnant anyways.
Honestly, i tried for about a month with each of my kids. It always made me sick. And i wasnt the pregnant one who worried with eating healthy. I ate what we had and didnt take prenatals. All kids were full term. All of my boys were 6 pounds 7 ounces and my girl was 8 pounds 5 ounces.
i couldnt take prenatals either because i broke out in hives. so i had to take childrens vitamins
So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
Is there anyone here who doesnt take prenatals? I feel like I'm the only one. I dont take it because I end up throwing it up. And it doesnt make me feel good at all. I stopped taking them around week 7 week 8 and now that I'm almost 15 weeks, I'm feeling way better. I would have morning sickness everyday... now its hardly. I feel like a bad mom already but I'm eating healthy well plenty and drinking lots of water. Can someone ease me? I've heard of moms not taking them and having a perfectly hea...
I don't really know how to word what I'm trying to ask but I take prenatals everyday but I'm not always able to eat three meals a day or eat very healthy every single day so is taking my prenatal everyday good enough for my baby to grow at a normal rate?
Do you take your prenatals??
I mean like everyday? I'll be the first to admit.. I take them like once every blue moon. I'm trying to get better at it though. I forget easily, plus I don't like being constipated!
I looked it up its not vegan :( it has fish gelatin from tilapia
