Remedies to relieve postpartum cramps?

Stretching, massage your stomach, I took aspirin a couple days after having her. It definitely gets better 😊

I hope they go away. They hurt so bad 😭 they get worse because I had an epidural and I think some of my nerves in my back are messed up. The cramps keep radiating from back to front like bad contractions and it stinks 😔

Did they give you percocet at the hosptial?

Yes. It was amazing 😭 but they stopped giving it to me last night and now I have to deal with these 😭😭

Are you breastfeeding? I know when I was breastfeeding it caused my uterus to contract and it hurt SO BAD. Unfortunately there's really nothing to relieve the pain- you just popped a human outta ya! 😉 it does get better though. I was taking pain medicine and still hurt. I promise it gets better in a few days tho. my biggest advice is to not baby yourself. I was going to stores like 4 days postpartum because I forced myself to walk right away!

Yeah I think it's because I'm still in the hospital and definitely treating myself like a baby. I'm also breast and bottle feeding. It definitely makes the pain so much more worse. They had me on meds but took me off of them 😔

Motrin definitely helped but they stopped giving it to me here and it sucks 😔

Mine didn't fully contract back to its normal size until about a week and a half post partum.. the cramps where killer 😣. The only thing that helped was 800mg of Motrin and scorching hot water on my back in the shower to take my mind off of it. It sucked.
