so my fiancé  told me that the quick 'kicks' i've been feeling aren't kicks cause the baby wouldn't be able to move as fast. is that true?? because she kicks fast all the time & she will be kicking in one area then 3 seconds later in another area. i'm 24 weeks & 5 days. i just wanna make sure what i'm feeling is kicks because she is very active as we speak lol

He's crazy. 😄Those are kicks. My daughter would be kicking in one spot and the next thing you know she would be in another spot. It's not necessarily your baby's foot that's kicking you. It can be a hand, arm, knee, foot, elbow etc. but it is your baby moving around in there.

@rachelmarie17, unless your fiancé has every been pregnant and experienced the kicks himself I doubt his silly self knows lol! It is indeed your baby doing crazy movements in your belly. 😜 men always say the craziest things.

It's not always feet that are 'kicking.' It can easily be an elbow, or a knee, or a hand. My boy had daggers for elbows. Still does....
