Yes. I pay a little more about $180 per week but the peace of mind I have is well worth it. 🙂

@mahogany.foster good idea! I'm not sure if there's anything like that around me I'll look into it

Can you get the kids into a daycare that allows you camera access? My son is in a daycare that has an app I can log into to see what he is doing throughout the day, meals, activities, naps, etc

I'm not sure, but I think you can search on Monster and Indeed for work from home. Or at least the listing will say 'work from home'

@nomaci I def thought about working from home. But I'm not sure where I would start as far as finding out what's available

We did it mainly because the cost of daycare would suck any money I made, so my going back to work wouldn't be worth it. And working opposite shifts wouldn't work either because he works late and travels a lot, sometimes last minute.

Can you find a work from home? Lots of companies have customer service or help desk employees work from home so long as you have decent Internet, plus their are other jobs you can do from home as well. You may make less, but if you're not traveling or dealing with daycare it could be worth it.

@js_kidsmom yeah I know there's other jobs I could have but the issue is someone still has to watch the baby. No matter what time I work. That brings me back to the day care issue

@xomommahicksxo the opposite shifts thing would work but if my man and I would end up not together...

I don't wanna choose a lifestyle and schedule that's dependant on him

@js_kidsmom I work retail. That's not really an option. I'd have to get a whole new job if I want certain shifts. And that won't really help with having a baby. Someone will still need to watch him

Maybe change shifts? My husband works third and I was working 1st until the doctor pulled me out of work.

Maybe do a budget and see how much you need? Figure out what you could cut back on if need be if you stay home and raise the children if need be. @jenny73

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
