I'm grateful for the fact that I have a good job that pays well but the hours I work aren't letting…

I'm grateful for the fact that I have a good job that pays well but the hours I work aren't letting me be independent like I truly desire to and I have no choice but to rely on family to watch Siah while I work these crazy hours. I can't get my own place like I want to and it's killing me! I've had this job for 5 years going on 6 and for the first time I'm thinking about a career change! The only problem is that my job provides healthcare for me and Si......I'm at a crossroads. I've found a job I'd be interested in that I know pays just as much as this job does....it was voted one of the best places to work for, and they offer in office daycare so I could take Siah to work with me and he'd be right down the hall and I'd get to monitor him all day through an app the company would provide.....the hardest part about this is walking away from our benefits and the money I make now 😰😓 anyone have any advice for me here?
