Well can't use a toy cause its sperm that supposedly makes you go into labor but nipple stimulation is when you just rub your nipples lol i think you do it for 5 minutes then rest then do another 5 minutes. Not sure how long you do it all together. Then you would feel contractions but it may not work for everyone. I heard pineapple works
