I need advice! Kinlee feels like she's burning up and I've been giving her Tylenol and it's not helping. My thermometer says she doesn't have a fever but her head neck and chest are roasting! I'm guessing it's because of her shots but idk what to do for her. If I take her to the doc they'll probably just tell me to do what I'm doing
