Can you get pregnant on mirena? Im not trying but ive been spotting really light pink, and i took two preg tests and they seem to have a very light line. Im going to wait till i miss AF, i have been so nauseated, hungry, and tired. I feel how i did when i was first pregnant with my son, the only pms symptom i usually get is back cramps and i havent had any. I still have four days till AF, im going to wait to test again. Im very scared because of how dangerous it is to get pregnant on mirena. Prayers that nothing bad happends if i am 😭🙏🏼
