Braxton hicks or contractions??? Not finding them majorly painful

Hope it the start and no no mater what I do they come and go still and bubs right in middle by belly button 2riggling loads

Have a walk around/change positions and if they ease they're likely braxton hicks. Are you having any other symptoms e.g. back ache?

P.S. I'm a first time mum so anything I say is from research, never experienced any of it myself!
