After having your baby did any of you moms douche idk if thats how its said . Or did you just let it self clean down…

Don't douche love, you will most likely get an infection on top of your cervix still being open and healing. Just leave alone and use warm water :)

Lol oh no girl it's going self clean but I use a squeeze water bottle they gave with warm water every time I go to the restroom to clean down there it help and helped me wash my liquid stitches... Besides I use summer Eve every bath also

No after you have the baby you will be sore down there plus the inside takes a few weeks to heel too so it would burn like hell if you did. They teach how to do the postnatal bath and it's quite refreshing.

You're never suppose to douche. I use summers eve soap and just wash the outside of down there but you're never suppose to clean the inside because it naturally does it itself

Lol ....you surly won't want to actually do that because it's like an open wound. We use plain warm water when using the restroom. Your body will self clean, besides you bleed for like three weeks straight after have you the baby.
