Girls does anyone else see a lot of things wrong with this picture? This is the way my baby sitter brought home my 4.5 month old earlier and after she decided to notify me that she hadn't been out of her car seat for "hours". I am fuming and this isn't the first issue iv had with her, she's given her calpol etc without saying to me first and she doesn't have any children herself but claims she has her HNC in child care

@baybiijord, @west94, yeh her nappy was absolutely stinking! The straps were extremely loose and the coat was really thick and puffy so the risk of she over heated or if there was an accident she would've barely been protected, honestly her only saving grace was the fact that Leah was happy but iv just sent her a big long message detailing everything and telling her I won't be requiring her services any longer, everyday she also gives her a full clothes change when the clothes I leave her in are perfectly clean, she just loves to dress her up which yeh doesn't annoy me but it gives me more unneeded washing to do
@alexmcatamney by looking at the photo. Ur baby seems happy, but the strap is twisted and the straps dont look like there on her shoulders properly.. i dont like the coat so close to her face either. Nver did when jenson was a baby. But maybe thats just me! She also looks like she has a full nappy cud be rong depending on angle of photo.. and the child minder shud notify you before giving Calpol. As u may have already gave her some before hand! So she cud have overdoesed on doseage in the time scale.. i hope u resolve this situation with the sitter or maybe get a new one. Also what do u see rong with the photo?? X
I cant see anything alarming with the picture baby looks so cute and happy i guess the straps twisted but that happens to seat belts on a normal car it would annoy me because its twisted tho lol.
Id be annoyed if my baby was in a car seat for hours as its not safe, id be mega annoyed if someone gave my child calpol without a phone call to ask.
Id look for a new child minder even interview afew to be sure your happy with them , its your baby and if the nanny isnt to your standards id defo not let her look after my baby xx @alexmcatamney

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
