Mine is the same right now...The teeth have moved way up, like you can see the bulge of the two front bottom teeth, but nothing! I'm so ready for them to cut because the past few days have been absolute hell! He's in agony, he doesn't sleep much, he cries and fights eating every way, I got so worried because the other day he barely ate and I tried getting him to eat because he normally eats 6 oz and just would cry when I put the bottle in his mouth. I gave him Tylenol and he settled down. Because he would NOT sleep at night he would just scream and cry. But thank God it helped him and he ate too...This is day two of giving Tylenol at night. I try to not give him Tylenol as much but my poor baby is in pain. I give him teethers, cold rags, and just things to chomp on. I gave him motrin the other night when he was inconsolable, but they say to give it to them when they are 6 months, which he will be tomorrow, and he's 18lbs as well.

My girl is cutting her 2 year molars so I give her Motrin at night and try my best to keep her happy during the day. If she's really bothered I'll give her Tylenol during the day. I rely heavily on distraction and giving her things to chew on lol

@wendy1224, it is way exhausting! It's my first baby so I don't even know how to help him besides Tylenol. What do you give your little one?
