I ate a ton of mango, went up and down stairs as much as possible, did squats, and danced. 3 days of that and labor came.

Try using a breast pump, I went over with my daughter by 4 days. Used a breast pump in 20 minute cycles starting having contractions and she was born 6 hours later 👍🏼 there are instructions on google on how to do it properly

Try squats, bath, walking up and down stairs,  lots of water, swinging your hips
