Does anyone have any advice on some breakfast and lunch ideas for a 1 year old? He gets bored of cheerios and oatmeal lol I also need some ideas that aren't as messy as a banana. I gave him a banana for lunch yesterday, but we had somewhere gone after and he was so sticky and covered in banana. I tried to scrub him, but his arms and face were permanently sticky for the day 😂

@jaxmomma, once my little man turned 1 I started adding more things to his breakfast. I try not give him the same thing every day cause that really does get old lol. I also like to experiment with different foods to see if he's allergic and if he likes it.

I used a sippy cup with a straw now I just use a regular straw with cup now that he's big. And then I usually do a half a piece of toast to go with it. He loves smoothie mornings lol terrified of the blender though 😂

Ah lol. Have you tried banana pancakes? It's 2 eggs I think and 1 ripe banana and you mix it all together and cook it just like a regular pancake. My daughter loves those as well. Easy and healthy. We use honey in place of syrup too and add a bit of cinnamon

@ecahanes, he loves everything we have ever given him except for eggs. I don't like them either, so I don't blame him 😂 I will definitely try the smoothies! What kind of cup do you put them in? Will it be too thick for a sippy cup?

@amyamersonn, I give him pancakes and waffles, but I try avoid doing that everyday. I don't eat breakfast foods (I just eat a protein bar), so I've never given breakfast much thought lol

I give my son eggs, toast, fruit (he likes all fruits), pancakes, waffles mainly anything that I eat.
Lunch I do noodles, veggies(he likes all veggies), mac and cheese, grilled cheese, chicken nuggets etc.

I was going to say yogurt with some granola (really crunched up) eggs yet?? You could make your own smoothies for him and put chia seeds in it for a good boost

Anything you eat (with obvious exceptions).. my daughter loved scrambled eggs with cheese and ham, avocado toast, pancakes, fruit

Try crakers and cheese. Yogurt can be a bit messy, but mix it with some oatmeal and it'll help make less of a mess.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Make your own breakfast! At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.

Ok, so my friend is wanting to get pregnant but..... Her fiancé does not want kids, at lease for another 3-5 years he said... so she came up with the idea to have me pee on a stick for her and show it to him so that he’ll be comfortable with not wearing a condom and finishing in her.. basically the whole idea is to make him think she’s pregnant already...... so I do this favor for her or should I tell my girl to chill? He and my husband are friends through us and he’s going to invite him over tonight and run it by him...
Am I a bitch? My husband wanted to go to lunch with a girl who's a friend but her boyfriend wouldn't be there. I threw a fit and got upset and he didn't go, should I have let him?

@jaxmomma, I loved the Cinnamon Toast waffles because they didn't need any syrup or anything and the break into 4 small parts. She loved that with any kind of fruit, eggs, yogurt. Lunch she would do ham/turkey, cheese, cucumbers, applesauce, she loved those damn gerber pasta pick ups too! Lol
