Hey ladies, lil Mr is almost a week and constipated. Do u guys have any remedies that actually work…

I would recommend talking to your doctor if you haven't already. He is so young, I would be scared to try a home remedy.

Just curious why you think he's constipated? It's normal to go a couple days without bm I would just let him lay and stretch out that helps them and do little circles with his legs

Are you breastfeeding or formula?

@grace.detwiler, yea he is super young. We have an appt tomorrow. I dont wanna allow him to suffer jus to ease my mind.

@ecahanes, because he grunts and pushes and cries right after. Its been a few days already. He is def constipated though. I will try the bicycle move on him to see what that brings.

@dreeex, i am using formula until my milk decides to show up to the party.

Ah it could be the formula hard on his tummy. What are you currently using for formula?

I echo @ecahanes, bicycling the legs really help. I use it when my little lady has gas.

I added 1/2 an oz of apple juice to his formula last night and it worked. He is better.
