Little man woke up coughing. It's a wet cough and he's coughing up stuff now. Idk wat to do he's never coughed like this

Hubby said the snit he spit up was greenish yellow. But he has mainly bubbles come out with spit

I dont mean to scare you but that sounds like either a sinus infection or bronchitis(is the spit yellow?)
