No, I don't think it is. But pay attention to when the cramping starts. When it ends, time how long it takes until the next cramp begins. Write down the distance between each ending to the beginning of each cramp

With my son they weren't painful. They were just uncomfortable. This time they suck lol

I'm due May 2. Water has helped A LOT. but the bh started earlier this time. And hit hard haha. I just try to rub them out like a sore muscle haha
