I'm a little worried I rubbed my stomach a crossed this thing hard enough to leave a scratch mark I'm worried about the baby if it would of hurt him or not..

It only feels like the baby is right under your skin. There's a lot of cushion between your baby and the world. Baby will be fine. So long as you're not falling flat on your stomach it doesn't hurt anything.
