Did any of you ladies experience labor pains that felt similar to a stomach bug? I can't really figure out how to describe what exactly I'm feeling. It's like I have knives all in my abdomen. It's coming and going. Feels like I need to go poop really bad but no poop coming out.

You maybe having contractions . That's how I was when I had my daughter years ago.

@mommylife32, I haven't lost my mucus plug as far as I know, but should I go to the ER?

Are you timing the pain? If not do that and call l&d and let them know what's going on and see what they think.
