I kind of have mixed emotions but I finally gave up breastfeeding. I made it a month which I am very proud of but I feel a bit sad about not being able to keep going. Baby girl seems happier/more full since she's been getting formula though and honestly it's a lot less stress and easier on me so I guess it's all okay.

Don't be down on yourself. You did what you could and ppl really put too much emphasis on breastfeeding. The formulas of today are very different then they used to be. I'm scared I won't be able to do it at all. So good job doing it as long as you did.
