It's basically just a multivitamin I don't know why people would think you'd gain weight. But there are excessive amounts of things like folic acid that you don't need if you're not pregnant or ttc.

My Tia is a nurse and she's the one who told me to continue taking them. Still good for skin and hair lol

My doctor told me to keep taking them, especially if you're nursing. they even gave me prenatals in the hospital right after my son was born.

They won't make you gain weight, they're just vitamins.
