Anyone know what helps flu and/or sore throat? Feel like shit 😷

Ginger honey and lemon, green tea id dangerous when pregnant xx

I had a flu during my last pregnancy x I went to the pharmacy and was given tablets apparently suitable x Don't remember the name though x Unless they gave me something I wasn't ment to take x oh gosh LOL x

@west94, thanks hun I'll have wait till tomorrow to get some honey and lemon all I've got is lemon and ginger green tea at moment haha xx

Cant take cold or flu, id have boiled water with honey and lemon natrual and works wonders xx @shannonn95

If you go into the pharmacy or the pharmacy in Tesco or Asda and ask them to refer flu/cold tablets suitable for during pregnancy x they will help you out 😊 x

I've got some in my medical box but it says on not to take when pregnant x
