Yeah I had a brain fart and forgot what fish was in it but my aunt had sushi occasionally but only go to a place you absolutely trust and know has fresh products I got the sweet potato roll the other day that was good and it had eel sauce on it

Or just make sure you use Wasabi, that's too kill thr bacteria in the fish
