What r your pros n cons ? I was thinking of getting the mirena 😳😦 .

I tried the injection im not sure of the name but it made me loose alot of weight and i would get my period spotting but then get it for 3 months just spotting it was horrible because besides that getting your period is annoying u want to feel or know that there's enough coming down so u know it will finish faster well no . I spotted for 3 months horrible experience but besides that it worked really good ! @nicemmcha2015,

@nashyresto well paragard and mirena are totally different from what I can tell. I have a friend with mirena and she loves it. No isssues. With my paragard every period gets heavier and heavier. I bleed like I did post partum. I bleed thru super tampons every 30 mins at the most for at least2 if not 3 days. Cramps feels like contractions that I can take 4 500 MG Tylenol and it does that phase it. During sex I can feel it poking me. It's painful. Also I've had 4 yeast infections in 2 months.

And the injection was good besides the side effects i had to it and the ring to me is just pointless but that one u take it in n out so the period can come and then there is the IUD wich is what im going for the mirena hopefully it works out im pretty scared tho i wonder what the difference would be with hormones or without

@nashyresto yeah I can't take hormones so idk. I show signs of svt with hormonal birth control and preventing a kid isn't worth having to possibly take heart medication.
