I've never really heard of Braxton hicks at 15 weeks....Its a little early for that. What I'd say is most likely happening is that your uterus is expanding in order to accommodate the baby at this point. It needs to get bigger and those cramps are the aftermath. It's normal to feel cramps throughout pregnancy just because your uterus is changing. As long as you aren't bleeding along with it and the pain isn't intensely bad, everything should be fine.

It maybe round ligament pains.

Check out the ligament pain... i had weird belly button pain and aches and my cramps sucked.
