Im sorry i didnt answer or respond much yesterday. I ended up in labor and delivery. I started having contractions around 10am and they had to give me a shot to make them stop around 2pm. I dialated either 1 or 2cm. The contractions werent triggered by dhydraten. So they gave me stariods for the baby to help quicken the development of its lungs because theres a risk of premature labor. What actually triggered the contractions we cant pin point because they started about 10 mins after i woke up yesterday and steadily got worse. So im thinking its related to the endometeriosis i had before the pregnancy. The pregnancy helped with the pain, but i was aware from doing research that i had a chance of having complications or it turning into a high risk around the 5 or 6 month period when the 3rd trimester would start. It was going so smoothly and i had no fears of that happening until it actually did. Now i just have to wait and see if the babys gonna decide to come out early or not.
Im not going to lie that was scary as hell. But im still worried about my baby. They said from the last ultrasound that weight gain and development is normal. So thats good. And the heart rate is strong and normal and still remains that way even yesterday.
So i guess even if the baby does come early as long as the babys ok...ill be fine...just want my baby to be ok...

I was put on bedrest at 27 weeks, has two rounds of steroids, an iron iv, and Micah was born at 38 weeks. 6 lbs 8 oz. I pray everything is in God's timing and perfect for you and your baby.

@bethany_sapp, I hope you and baby are going to be OK. Even if baby is early, there's a better chance of survival now than in previous years. You've got this. Continue to take care of yourself and your baby.

I hope so too. Listen to what your doctor/midwife tells you to do and trust your instincts. I can't imagine what you're feeling, but remember that you're not alone.

@beccataylor0915 My husband thinks the contractions triggered bc he was in NC for training classes for his job. So hes scared to leave again for the classes before the due date. Hes thinking about telling his boss to schedule his classes for after my due date.

Yea. At least i know most of them are. Then every so often you find those guys that leave you wondering if they even care. Im just glad my husband loves me and the baby both.
