I just had my 3rd period last week since having my son and the day before I was throwing up and so sick and then the next day my period started, the cramps were so bad I felt like I was in labor all over again. I was moaning and crying and legit wanted an epidural, used a heating pad and after that the rest of my period was normal cramping nothing too bad. I think it'll take a while to adjust to a period after having a baby for some people

Yes it is normal. Mine was. It also was like every other week. Super crazy. I'm not on birth control nor am I having sex either btw
