Nobody is answering me 😔 I just want to know if it's normal to have heavy periods after having a baby. 6 months pp and I'm in tears my cramps hurt so bad

I also tested just in case it was a mc or something but the test was negative
I just had my 3rd period last week since having my son and the day before I was throwing up and so sick and then the next day my period started, the cramps were so bad I felt like I was in labor all over again. I was moaning and crying and legit wanted an epidural, used a heating pad and after that the rest of my period was normal cramping nothing too bad. I think it'll take a while to adjust to a period after having a baby for some people

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
