So i dont know anything about breastmilk, im starting to pump today for my daughter. How long does breastmilk last in the fridge ? & how many times a day should i pump ? Pleasee help , i have no idea . Never did it w my son just breastfed for a couple days . Wanting to try the pumping tho for my daughter.

Breastfeeding moms: so I am planning on going on a 3 day vacation with my hubby & a bunch of friends to Catalina in May, (my baby won't be going with us) and I do not wanna be pumping and dumping every 2 hours out there.. so if I don't pump or breastfeed for 3-4 days, will my milk supply drop significantly? 😩😩 & I don't know how I'm gonna deal with the engorgement pain if I can't find time to pump out there.
Today was the day I was Able to submit my order for my free breast pump! 😍😍.
I really want to exclusively breast feed.. my baby doesn't latch well an i can't pump more than 4 oz a day. I was to stop using formula but I have no idea how to increase my supply no matter how many times I power pump, put baby to breast, pump every 2 hours. my supply never increases as a fact it's dropped I'm barely getting 2 oz a day now :'( I feel like my body is failing me
calling all mommies who are breast feeding or excessively pumping .. how did you all do it ?? I know some people pump right in the hospital day 1 !! I know my hospitals here allows you to pump from day 1 and breast feed at the same time they just give you a breast consultant to explain and show you how so you don’t mess up and get a over supply to soon . Some people only breast feed for awhile than pump 1/2 later . Some only pump period ... what’s your method and how successful are you ?? And how tough was it in the beginning ??

I was told 4 days in the fridge but 6 months in the freezer put a date on it so ull know

I wouldn't pump too many times a day since your establishing your supply :) maybe just a little after each feeding. Unless your exclusively pumping then that's a whole different story
