youre supposed to drink A LOT of water & stay super hydrated when & before you wrap though, all the sellers tell you that @amyamersonn

Don't do it!!! The wraps dehydrate you. It could damage your milk supply. I used a wrap before I was ever pregnant or breastfeeding and got such a horrible headache from dehydration.
