I am pregnant with my second and I cannot get full from eating, like at all. I've tried high protein, drinking water, and I'm STILL hungry. I was this way with my son and gained 65 lbs 😞😞 any tips would be appreciated!

@savannahkbrown, yes everyday and both fresh and canned I had a tupperware bowl I brought in the car with me lol. Starving isnt the word for how I felt my stomach felt like it was turning inside out even after eating a small meal it was nauseating. You can ask you OB but thats what mine came up with lol.

Green beans.. I gained 75 with my first doctor told me green beans. Eat as many as I wanted its what they call a filler. Not sure the whole scientific reason but it worked with the other pregnancies.

I was 115 when I found out I was pregnant with my first and I was TINY size 0, after I had my son i never got below 140 and now I'm scared if I gain a ton this time I'll be even bigger! ☹️☹️

I was that way with my 2nd and started drinking boost high protein shakes twice a day. Usually if I didn't I would end up passing out!

Im 120 now btw. But doctor says ill gain 10 more my goal before pregnancy over.

I have always beena small person. But when i got pregnant i ate after i ate and i ate again after i ate lol my goal was to weigh 130 or 140 because i was ONLY 99 pounds before pregnancy so i changed my diet not traumatically i still eat candy and chips and stuff every now and then but try eating 3 big meals a day with snacks in between along with 8 bottles of water then stop eating after 8 it helps a lot and it also helps with constipation my second trimester i was constipated at least 4 times and after i changed my diet i became better make sure not to starve yourself if your hungry eat
